Taylor Florence, founder of Transitional Care Solutions, worked for many years as a Licensed Administrator and Executive Director in the senior health care industry.

 

Through the years, he witnessed the constant frustration, fear, and confusion families experience as a loved one faces new health challenges and goes through transitions from one health care service and setting to another.

 

His goal is that through the support TCS provides families, they and their loved ones can feel peace and confidence in their care transitions and overall health care experience rather than frustration, fear, and confusion.
